Downloadable products can be download immediately after purchase by selecting the download link. You have 5 days to download the product(s) after purchase. Extensions to the download period can be requested.
The link to the product download is also included in the email you receive from the system.
On the product details page you will see a link to the downloadable product.
NOTE: Before starting the download create a directory in My Documents on your computer to hold the downloaded products. In this example the directory is named "AACC Downloads".
After clicking the download link you will be asked how to handle the download. Click the Save button to save the file to your PC.
After clicking Save the Save As window appears. The file will be named by the session or the product ID number with the *.zip extension. Navigate to the directory you created to hold your product downloads in this case, "AACC Downloads" and click the Save button.
The download to your PC begins.
After the download has completed click the Close button.
Open the directory on your PC that contains your downloaded products, in this example it is the "AACC Downloads" directory, you will see the *.zip file. Using a ZIP application unzip the contents. For help with ZIP files.
After unzipping the file open the directory to view the product contents. To start the product application double-click the file named CLICK_HERE_TO_START.
The application launches and opens the start page which displays the available sessions.
Select the session you wish to view. The application will launch and you have options for navigating the materials.
