Return Policy
All our products are unconditionally guaranteed.
We recognize that you may need to return a purchase on occasion, and are committed to making that process as convenient as possible.
Defective items: AVMG will exchange a defective item for a new copy of the same item within one year of the purchase date.
Incorrect items: AVMG, Inc. will exchange an item that was erroneously shipped to you for the correct item.
Follow these steps to return merchandise by mail:
- Package your return item(s) securely.
- We recommend you send your returned item(s) via an insured carrier. AVMG, Inc. is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.

- You must include your credit card number for a refund as we do not store personal credit card information.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- There may be a restocking fee of 25% charged for the return of your item(s). Please call us to see if a restocking fee is warranted.
Downloadable products: There is no refund for a downloadable product.
Copyrights: Copyrights pertaining to the materials recorded and/or distributed by AVMG, Inc. are the property of the Association. Any duplication and distribution of materials without the expressed, written consent of AVMG, Inc. may result in prosecution.
